FLAVAZ Catering & Food Services, or FLAVAZ for short, was created to offer it’s guest an amazing journey through the many different types of culinary experiences.  Using only the freshest ingredients, our menu combines unique blends of Italian styled food with traditional “soul food” home-style cooking. Our menu is constantly changing as we are not afraid to experiment with different flavors and ingredients. FLAVAZ provides any and all catering needs for clients as well as private dining services in which we literally cater to our clients every culinary need. During the Private Dining Experience, we recreate the five star restaurant experience in the comfort of your own home. FLAVAZ currently runs a pop up, take out restaurant on Friday’s in which our customers are able to choose from exclusive menu selections that are prepared to order and made available for pick up. The level of customer service that we provide is second to none. We pride ourselves with making sure we accommodate our clients needs to the T.

Chef Robinson is a food enthusiast that has a passion for amazing experiences and good eats. Born in Washington D.C. and St. Mary’s County raised, Chef Robinson grew up loving soul food and seafood. Chef has been exposed to different styles of food since a child with a father that is an practicing professionally trained chef. Like most first born sons, he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps. This propelled him into a life of cooking starting at the tender age of just 8 years old. Chef Robinson started his cooking career as a prep cook in a veteran’s home. His experiences there made him realize that he wanted to cook for a living. Chef spent his late teens and early 20s in college. After graduation chef took years honing his craft while traveling throughout country as well as abroad searching for new cooking styles and techniques. During these travels is when his signature “Itali-Soul” culinary style was created. In 2013 Chef Robinson dedicated himself to doing work in the community by becoming a manager and cook of a local soup kitchen. His work in the community gave him extensive experience in cooking great food for large crowds of people. At the start of 2019 FLAVAZ Catering & Food Services was created and has seen great success since its launch.
